We are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team in Bluefield, WV. If you take pride in hands-on work and quality craftsmanship, this is a great opportunity to grow your HVAC career.
What You'll Do
As a Commercial HVAC Installer, you will install commercial and industrial heating and cooling systems while maintaining high standards of safety and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Install HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pump systems
  • Follow best practices for mechanical installation and jobsite safety
  • Perform brazing and soldering work as needed
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
  • Install proper refrigerant piping systems
  • Assist with basic controls and wiring connections
  • Utilize tools, equipment, and basic computer systems effectively
  • Maintain a professional attitude and communicate clearly with team members and customers
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of HVAC installation or service experience, or equivalent training
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required
