We are currently seeking a Residential HVAC Technician to join our team in Lynchburg, VA. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round, we would love to hear from you.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $22-$45/ per hour

What You'll Do
In this role, you will install, maintain, and service residential HVAC systems while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Install, maintain, and service residential heating and cooling systems
  • Work with systems such as hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues accurately and efficiently
  • Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and professionalism
What We're Looking For
  • 1 to 5 years of HVAC service or installation experience, or equivalent training or education
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems
  • EPA or CFC Certification required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role that includes:
  • Working in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions
  • Frequent standing, climbing, lifting, and physical activity
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Occasional extended driving between job locations
  • Working around common construction materials and tools
