We are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Richmond, VA. If you enjoy troubleshooting, hands-on work, and delivering exceptional customer service, this is a great opportunity for you.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $22-$45/ per hour

What You'll Do
As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will play a key role in servicing and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintain and service HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues accurately and efficiently
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
  • Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and performance
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
  • Deliver excellent customer service on every job
What We're Looking For
  • 1 to 5 years of HVAC service or installation experience, or equivalent training and education
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
  • Experience installing and servicing HVAC systems and related equipment
  • EPA or CFC Certification required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on role in a commercial setting. You can expect:
  • Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures and conditions
  • Frequent standing, climbing, bending, and lifting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Occasional driving between job sites
  • Exposure to construction materials and mechanical equipment
