Are you a self-starter, seasoned Sales/Business Development Leader in the Contract Therapy Industry that wants to join a growing healthcare company? We are seeking a Regional Director of Business Development to join our team to assist us in growing in the Southeastern region of the US. This home-based position reports to and partners with the Vice President of Business Development and requires some overnight travel. 

What we are looking for:

  • A hands-on and self-motivated sales professional with demonstrated success in the Therapy Contract Industry.
  • Ability to maintain a regular presence within each of your accounts as needed to maintain existing business and secure additional referral opportunities.
  • Develop strategies and sales programs to increase company exposure and create a sense of    urgency with prospects, resulting in shorter sales cycles and higher closing rates. 
  • Represents and communicates company services effectively to new clients and prospective facilities.
  • Well organized and able to effectively and professionally communicate and interact with all levels of the company and potential customers.
  • Ability to manage various priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide common sense solutions.
  • Attend trade shows, company seminars, facility functions and other events as assigned.

What’s required:

  1. Prior therapy sales and marketing experience preferred.
  1. Minimum of a High School Diploma with prior sales experience. Degree in Business and/or Marketing preferred. 
  1. Reliable transportation.
  1. Residency in the general area is preferred.
  1. Ability to cover assigned territory.
  1. Available for limited overnight travel.
