  • Physician-owned multispecialty group with 160 providers and 50+ advanced practice providers in southeastern Massachusetts

  • Seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience

  • Role based at a busy Family Medicine practice

  • Full-time schedule: Monday"Friday, no nights, weekends, or on-call

  • Portuguese fluency required

  • Independent patient care under collaborative agreement with a supervising physician

  • Licensure, onboarding, and insurance credentialing support provided

  • Employed position

  • Must hold Massachusetts NP or PA license, DEA certificate, and Massachusetts controlled substances registration

  • Requires compassion, maturity, confidence, and strong communication skills

  • Uses eClinicalWorks EHR with voice recognition or AI documentation support
