Landscape Workshop (LW) is a full-service commercial landscaping company delivering high-quality maintenance and enhancement solutions across the Southeast. We are growing rapidly and looking for a motivated Account Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts.

Position Summary

The Account Manager oversees maintenance crews, customer relationships, and branch operations for assigned commercial accounts. Reporting to the General Manager, this role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations of assigned crews, coordinating shared resources with other Account Managers.

Build strong customer relationships through communication, regular site visits, and proactive problem-solving.

Allocate resources effectively, including scheduling, crew assignments, equipment needs, and repairs.

Support crew leaders with horticulture training, equipment maintenance, instructions, and resolving labor conflicts.

Maintain a safe working environment for employees, clients, and the public.

Apply LW methodology and enforce high project standards.

Identify opportunities for enhancement services and coordinate successful project execution within budget and timeline.

Track and report team hours, expenses, and additional sales weekly.

Assist Branch Manager with project budgets and facilitate client meetings.

Estimate jobs, follow up on proposals, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.

Communicate business development opportunities effectively with the team and sales representatives.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years managing landscape maintenance crews and working directly with customers.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong work ethic and hands-on leadership skills.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required (or equivalent industry experience).
