MTM Staffing, brought to you by Southcoast Physician’s Group, is now hiring experienced Registered Nurses for our in-house travel team!

  • 11-13 Week Assignment, with option to extend for 1 additional 13 week assignment if available
  • $70/hr
  • Health Insurance and 403B retirement plan eligible

Position Assignment Details:

  • Hours: 36hrs
  • Shifts: Day Shift Mon-Fri 9hr shifts with on-call rotation.
  • Area Assignment: Cath Lab - Charlton Memorial Hospital, Fall River MA

*During assignment, may be asked to float to any Southcoast Hospital:  Charlton Memorial—Fall River, St. Luke’s—New Bedford and Tobey--Wareham

Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. 

Under direction of the Manager, Patient Services, or designee of individual assigned unit, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit. Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, which is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.

  • Current Southcoast Health System employees are not eligible for consideration. Former employees must be separated from Southcoast for at least 9 months to be eligible. 
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
  • Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required. 
  • Minimum of one year of Cath Lab nursing experience required.
  • Competent in reading and interpreting basic telemetry strips. 
  • Ability to efficiently float to other like-units for patient assignments is required. 
  • Working knowledge and experience with PC-based applications.
  • Epic experience is preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
