Job description

Location: 100% REMOTE (US-Based Applicants Only)

Firm Profile: A high-performance, 100% Retained Search firm utilizing a bleeding-edge AI and OSINT technology stack.

The Mission

Our firm does not "find candidates" .We conduct deep-web investigations to identify the most elusive talent for mission-critical roles. We specialize in industries where the best candidates are not on LinkedIn and do not have a social media presence. As a Strategic Sourcing Lead, you will act as a digital detective, utilizing agentic

AI and forensic logic to find the mobile numbers and personal emails of the top 1% of candidates. This is 100% retained work; we provide our clients with certainty, not volume.

Core Outcome:

  • Industry Deep-Mapping: You will break down the organizational structures of firms in 10 specialized, non-social industries to identify high-performing passive talent.
  • AI Agent Orchestration: You will deploy and refine autonomous sourcing agents (Juicebox, Exa, Pin) using natural language to scan the web 24/7.
  • Contact Extraction & Enrichment: You will leverage advanced OSINT tools to uncover verified mobile numbers and personal emails, bypassing the noise of traditional job boards.
  • Cognitive Analysis: You will use inductive and deductive reasoning to bridge gaps in data, ensuring that every candidate presented is a perfect cultural and technical fit.
  • Strategic Client Partnership: You will provide data-driven insights and market trends to our recruiting teams, helping to align sourcing strategies with long-term workforce planning.

Required Expertise

  • Sourcing Experience: 5+ years in senior-level sourcing, preferably within a retained search environment.
  • Technical Stack: Mastery of OSINT tools (Holehe, OSINT Industries), AI sourcing platforms (ZoomInfo, SeekOut), and semantic CRMs (Crelate).
  • Forensic Logic: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw logical conclusions from multifaceted sources.
  • US Professionalism: This is a US-only remote role. You must be able to operate autonomously in a distributed environment, maintaining high standards of async documentation and data integrity.

Attributes of the "Top 1% "Candidate

  • Investigative Spirit: You are not satisfied with a LinkedIn profile. You keep digging until you find the person nobody else can find.
  • Industry Voracity: You take pride in becoming an expert in our clients' businesses, understanding their market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Ethical Integrity: You handle sensitive data with the highest degree of confidentiality and adhere to all legal standards for candidate engagement.
