Department: Nursing Administration
Shift: Day
Working Hours: 8a-5p
Summary:
To assist the Administrator in developing and maintaining direct and non-direct patient care services on a continuing system -wide basis through the use of sound management practices under the framework established by the President of the System and within the policies established by the Board of Trustees. To assist the Administrator in sustaining a high level of medical practice within the System, and to maintain a financially sound System.
Other information:
Masters Degree preferred. Minimum Experience: Two years in progressive hospital administrative experience is required and must be qualified to immediately assume responsibility but would be considered proficient within six months. Other: Will exemplify and promote Baptist Health Values, Code of Ethical Conduct and culture.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
