Warehouse Associate - Afternoon Shift

Schedule: Afternoon shift (1:00 PM - 9:00 PM)

Role Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will support high-volume, deadline-driven operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, sorted, and staged correctly for next-day and same-day delivery. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, with a strong focus on accuracy, route readiness, and efficient material handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill orders: Pick items, verify SKUs/quantities, pack to standard, and label shipments accurately
  • Sortation: Sort packages by route, service level, and cutoff times; ensure correct scan events and consolidation
  • Prepare routes: Stage orders by route, build/organize route cages or pallets, and confirm route completeness before dispatch
  • Shipping readiness / QC: Print/apply labels, verify addresses and service levels, and complete final checks to reduce mis-sorts and rework
  • Inventory handling: Receive, scan, and put away product; maintain location accuracy and report damages/discrepancies
  • Maintain flow & organization: Keep staging lanes organized, maintain a clean work area, and support throughput during peak periods

Qualifications

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality for overnight schedules
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with productivity and accuracy expectations
  • Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate with a team
  • Experience in pick/pack, sortation, staging, or shipping is a plus (training provided)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive bending, reaching, and lifting
