Job description

You bring our portfolio to life on the shelf by ensuring our products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain product displays, ensuring shelves, coolers, and floor placements are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Rotate products to ensure freshness and manage inventory levels according to company standards.
  • Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled.
  • Execute planograms, promotional materials, and seasonal display programs.
  • Partner with Account Managers to support sales goals and promotional activities.
  • Develop strong working relationships with store personnel to ensure premium in-store execution and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance in all accounts.
  • Communicate inventory and merchandising needs to the appropriate team members.
  • Safely operate company vehicle in accordance with company policy.
  • Represent the company and its brands with professionalism, pride, and a focus on customer service.
  • Early morning start times, weekends and holidays may be required depending on account needs.
  • This is a full-time position with daily local travel between accounts.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Prior merchandising or retail experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising standards
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements: This role requires regular standing, walking and reaching. Must be able to regularly lift and move products up to 150 pounds, as well as climb, reach, and perform other physical movements necessary to carry out the essential duties of the position. Position requires wearing steel-toed footwear. Ability to work in varying environments, including refrigerated areas and outdoor conditions.
