In this unique role, you will ensure that alcoholic beverages are delivered to the appropriate outlets throughout the enterprise while maintaining compliance and following safety guidelines for all operations. Job Overview: Receives, stores and delivers alcoholic beverages to appropriate outlets. Maintains compliance with the safety guidelines for operations of warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles. Controls Liquor Warehouse and associated pump rooms for stock replenishment to all alcohol-relevant outlets. Maintain Liquor Warehouse and associated pump rooms for cleanliness.

Job Duties: 

  • Receive, store and deploy alcoholic beverages to all Gaming Enterprise outlets and Meadows Golf Course, using industrial equipment or vehicles.
  • Monitor all liquor warehouse activity for stock rotation.
  • Maintain perpetual inventories of products within inventory point of sale and account software utilizing Microsoft Office, Micros, and Food Inventory solutions. 
  • Work closely with Purchasing and Food and Beverage Departments to identify any slow-moving product or item returns.
  • Coordinate services for special alcohol-related events to ensure adequate and timely staging and removal of products.
  • Work with F&B and Supply Vendors to maintain beer delivery lines.
  • Ensures and maintains cleanliness of Liquor Warehouse and areas associated with pump rooms.
  • Maintains returned empty keg rotation for deposit credit with beer vendors.
  • Occasional tasks
