Role overview:

This role acts as US-based business partner for Global Marketing responsible for marketing investments, associated revenue performance, supporting allocation decisions and managing the analysis of marketing spend, ROI and commercial KPIs. The role will be responsible for business partnering key stakeholders and budget holders across Global Marketing including the liaisons and local teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as Senior Business Partner to Global Marketing to coordinate budget allocation discussions and marketing effectiveness, by analysing marketing channels, and providing scenario modelling to guide reinvestment or budget reallocation.
  • Support on strategic longer-term decision making and budget allocation assumptions through Mid and Long Range Planning.
  • Advance the global ROI methodology including global post-campaign analysis.
  • Assessing historical and current state performance to provide ROI / KPI benchmarks across business units and channels.
  • Support with the development and standardisation of Marketing KPI tracking, including campaign ROI, Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) and media efficiency, ensuring clear alignment between spend and business outcomes.
  • Lead analysis of Marketing investment across Global Marketing and Studio Marketing, delivering consolidated reporting and actionable insights.
  • Develop and present business cases for new marketing initiatives, partnerships, and merchandising opportunities to support strategic investment decisions.
  • Manage coordination between Planning and Global Marketing to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of marketing spend and associated revenue performance.
  • Drive global consistency in spend tracking by working closely with regional, global and studio teams to establish methodologies, governance and best practices.
  • Partner with Analytics teams to support with marketing measurement and attribution journey.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 6 years relevant experience or 4 years PQE in a Commercial Finance (FP&A) function and of working with commercial teams or business.

Preferred Qualities: e.g -

  • Senior level business partner experience in Sales/Marketing
  • Strong financial background with ability to evaluate financial impact of business decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA level an advantage).
  • SAP / Adaptive experience an advantage
  • Knowledge of MMM / MTA / ROAS / CPA / attribution models preferable
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to present detailed analyses.
  • Organised self-starter, with drive and ambition who thrives under pressure, and is capable of confidently working alongside the most senior stakeholders across the wider business.
  • Attention to detail, commitment to accuracy & adherence to deadlines.
  • Experience of working in a regional group headquarters.
  • Proven track record of similar roles/tasks in Global / Pan regional company in the Entertainment sector (Game/Film/Music)

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

$129,600-$194,200 USD
