What you'll do:
  • Collect final track mixes, track lists and full credits from composers, artist managers and licensors
  • Set up and execute commerce-focused email campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with release strategies.
  • Assist marketing team with audio and video campaign optimization using internal systems.
  • Create and distribute audio e-cards to support marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the Milan Records website, ensuring content is current and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support Sony Soundtracks VEVO and Milan Records YouTube channels, including playlist management, pinned comments and Community Tab publishing.
  • Coordinate information for international marketing communications, ensuring WW teams receive necessary assets and information.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of retail hyperlinks across physical and digital campaigns, coordinating as needed with the marketing team.
  • Pull and deliver user generated content (UGC) audio links for the broader marketing team
  • Manage safelisting/allowlisting for social media platforms, including setup and troubleshooting where required.
  • Process monetization requests to support user-generated content initiatives.
  • Set up and execute commerce-focused email campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with release strategies.
