Responsibilities:

This individual will primarily be responsible for fabricating equipment for the car wash and detail shop. This includes cutting, drilling, punching, welding, plasma cutting, using aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel. Flexible availability is needed for Monday through Friday i.e. 7:00AM to 4:00PM, with potential overtime. The pay range for this position is $24.00-$30.00 per hour, depending upon experience.

Requirements:

  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot problems
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player on assigned tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments, and extreme temperature conditions
  • Ability to frequently lift heavy amounts of weight, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to walk, stand and bend for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Effective June 1, 2024, seasonal employment opportunities due to attending school are no longer available. Year-round schedule availability is required to be considered for employment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of MIG/TIG welding
  • Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
