About the Role:

The Cleanroom Operator plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and cleanliness of controlled manufacturing environments to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. This position involves operating and monitoring cleanroom equipment, adhering strictly to established protocols to prevent contamination. The operator will be responsible for performing routine inspections, cleaning, and maintenance tasks to uphold the cleanroom’s environmental conditions. Collaboration with quality assurance and production teams is essential to identify and resolve any issues that may impact product safety or process efficiency. Ultimately, the Cleanroom Operator ensures that manufacturing processes meet regulatory requirements and contribute to the production of high-quality goods.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.
  • Basic understanding of contamination control and cleanroom protocols.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records.
