Sales Representative – Total Flood Solutions (Residential & Commercial)

Emerald Green Property Services | Florida

Emerald Green Property Services is rapidly expanding and building an elite sales team to deliver high-end, white-glove flood protection solutions across Florida.
We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative with a true hunter mentality someone who thrives in the field, knows how to create opportunity, and closes at a high level.
This is not an order-taking role. This is for someone who can walk onto a property, identify risk, build trust, and close real solutions that protect high-value assets.
What You’ll Do

  • Sell comprehensive flood protection and mitigation systems to residential and commercial clients
  • Generate your own opportunities through prospecting, networking, and field activity
  • Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners, property managers, and contractors
  • Assess properties and confidently speak to construction, drainage, and structural considerations

  • Deliver high-trust, consultative sales presentations and close in one or two meetings
  • Represent Emerald Green as a premium, Concierge provider.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven hunter mentality : self-generated pipeline, not dependent on leads
  • Strong in-home / in-field closing ability (one-call close experience preferred)
  • Background in construction, property services, or related industries (required)

  • Ability to speak confidently about how systems integrate with a property

  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and competitive
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, field-driven role
