Senior Solutions Sales Consultant

  • First year potential compensation of $150,000 includes base, which is targeted at $70K to $77K, plus commission, expense, manufacturer incentives, and bonus potential.

Summary: As the Senior Solutions Sales Consultant, you will support sales executive and sales management with consulting and driving strategy and sales of Professional Services including Office Workflow Automation and Device Adjacent solutions in organizations of all sizes. Collaboration with the sales teams will is vital to meet established sales and revenue objectives.
Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy and sales of the Professional Services portfolio as an overlay to the sales teams in order to meet established revenue objectives.
  • Perform Pre-Sales consulting, discovery and demonstrations to organizations in an effort to capture business & technical requirements and build value of the solution for the client.
  • Work with clients to understand and identify objectives and needs while aligning the Toshiba portfolio and services where business opportunities exist.
  • Develop deliverables to include but not limited to Solutions Configurations, Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Statements of Service (SOS).
  • Respond to or participate in responding to RFP's & perform other duties as assigned.
  • Manage assigned M&S renewals and SaaS subscriptions.
  • Manage a solutions pipeline in order to move deals forward and close/win business.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of the industry and trends influencing the marketplace.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a combination of the following areas: professional service, solutions sales or consulting.
  • Ability to handle larger more complex accounts.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial and leadership experience with a goal-driven focus.
  • Demonstrated experience in Information & Document Lifecycle process, products and services, Information Technology, IT Infrastructure & Security, Consulting & Technical Writing.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and interact with clients, C-Level Executives and deliver compelling value propositions that support sales strategy.
  • Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Valid Driver's License.
