About the Role

As a Solutions Consultant at Nakisa, you will serve as the trusted advisor who helps enterprise customers translate complex business challenges into successful technology outcomes. You'll leverage your expertise to provide comprehensive solutions that maximize the value of Nakisa's products, acting as a bridge between the technical and business aspects of our software solutions. This is a customer-facing role that requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.

What you'll be doing

Bridging the gap between complex enterprise technology and real business outcomes, you'll guide clients from early discovery through implementation - serving as their trusted technical advisor at every stage.

Client Engagement and Solution Design:

  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business requirements and goals.
  • Develop and present customized solutions that align with Nakisa's product capabilities and customer objectives.
  • Lead technical and product demonstrations, responding to complex questions and managing proof-of-concept (POC) activities.

Technical Expertise and Product Mastery:

  • Deeply understand Nakisa's suite of SaaS solutions, staying updated on new product releases, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, ensuring they understand the product's capabilities and how it meets their needs.
  • Facilitate technical discussions around integrations, configurations, and customizations as needed.

Strategic Value Communication:

  • Translate technical features into strategic business benefits to support the customer's long-term success with Nakisa solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to communicate insights and influence product development and roadmap decisions.

Project Support and Coordination:

  • Support the implementation phase by assisting with configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure customer teams are empowered to maximize product usage.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients during critical phases, fostering trust and advocating for customer needs.

Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, training materials, and best practices documentation.
  • Mentor junior team members and participate in internal training sessions to elevate the team's technical proficiency and customer service standards.

What you bring

We're looking for a consultative problem-solver with deep enterprise software experience and the presence to earn trust with senior stakeholders - someone who is as comfortable whiteboarding a solution architecture as they are presenting to a C-suite audience.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 3 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, or a similar role within a SaaS solution provider, specializing in complex enterprise solutions.
  • Proficient in enterprise software solutions and comfortable with cloud-based technologies, API/ERP integrations, and system architecture.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS company.
  • Fluency in English is required, as this role serves as a primary point of contact for Nakisa's global client base, requiring consistent written and verbal communication with enterprise clients, project stakeholders, and cross-functional teams located outside Quebec.*
*Nakisa delivers SaaS solutions to 1,100+ organizations across 135 countries. Teams, customers, and partners are distributed internationally.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Nakisa's products or similar enterprise software platforms.
  • Familiarity with key industries served by Nakisa, such as finance, retail, or supply chain.
  • Proficiency in French and English is an asset for customer engagement in bilingual markets.
  • Knowledge of leasing and real estate domain
  • Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP reporting requirements

What's in it for you

This role is designed for someone with solid experience who wants to go deeper - not just execute implementations but become a genuine expert in complex enterprise software and the client environments it serves.

  • Work on problems that matter - Nakisa's solutions address high-stakes enterprise challenges in lease accounting, workforce intelligence, and organizational design for some of the world's largest organizations.
  • Real client ownership from the start - you'll be a trusted point of contact for enterprise clients during implementation, building the kind of hands-on experience that distinguishes strong consultants.
  • Build deep product mastery across Nakisa's full SaaS suite, with exposure to complex integrations, configurations, and industry-specific use cases across a global client base.
  • A clear and visible growth path - as you build expertise and credibility, you'll take on greater scope and complexity, with pre-sales involvement opening up at the senior level.
  • Cross-functional visibility across Product, Customer Success, and Sales, with the opportunity to contribute insights that shape how the product evolves.
  • A collaborative culture that values quality and continuous learning, recognized among Canada's top employers, with hybrid work flexibility out of Montreal.
