  • Make proactive calls to build relationships and grow the internal database of cleared candidates.
  • Demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Experienced within staffing, ideally in the IT industry, for two or more years.
  • Experienced in a phone sales environment.
  • Able to close during sales calls by overcoming objections and utilizing negotiation tactics.
  • Reliable and have a track record of retaining candidates.
  • Able to generate qualified leads and referrals and follow up with them.
  • Able to manage time wisely and plan ahead for the day.
  • Experienced with tracking daily activity.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
