Summary:

Do you thrive on order in the middle of creative chaos? We're looking for a highly organized Digital Asset Manager to own the intake, review, and approval of hundreds of promotional assets flowing through a fast-moving digital production environment. You'll work directly with developers and cross-functional creative teams, keeping a high-volume asset pipeline moving accurately and on time, from first submission to final archive.

This is a role for someone who brings professionalism, discretion, and calm under pressure, and who genuinely enjoys the mechanics of managing digital content at scale.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the full developer asset lifecycle, from initial request through review, approval, handoff, and archiving
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for developer communications
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate details and clear, consistent communication
  • Receive and organize digital assets within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform
  • Assess assets for policy compliance, technical specifications, and creative brief alignment
  • Escalate assets requiring legal/business clearance review
  • Maintain trackers, ensuring accuracy of statuses, notes, and linked resources

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Digital Asset Manager
  • Ability to build and maintain strong one-on-one working relationships with external partners/developers
  • Experience with large-scale creative production or promotional artwork management
  • Proven ability to manage large volumes of creative assets across their full lifecycle
  • Keen eye for detail and familiarity with digital asset specifications, design concepts, terminology, and style guides
  • Experience working with raster images, video, 2D/3D graphics, and audio files
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented track record
  • Proficiency in DAM systems, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Airtable
  • Proven success partnering and collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven with a creative problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows, with a proactive approach to integrating emerging technology to improve production efficiency and output
  • Deep understanding of and passion for technology, apps, and games

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Creative agency experience
  • Familiarity with app store ecosystems, games, and apps
  • Bachelor's degree
