Joshua Tree Experts

Aurora, CO

Full-time

Re-posted 5 days ago

Job description

Joshua Tree Experts is aggressively expanding our footprint in the South Denver market, and we are actively seeking a high-level, cross-trained field expert to take ownership of this territory. We are not looking for a single-lane technician; we need a triple-threat executor who commands deep knowledge across Lawn Care, Plant Health Care, & Pest Control.

This is a premium role for a licensed professional who possesses the technical mastery to diagnose and treat any property, paired with the consultative sales edge to close new business directly from the field. You will be the ultimate authority on our clients' properties in South Denver, driving both flawless execution and revenue growth.

What You'll Be Executing:

  • Triple-Threat Diagnostics & Execution: You are the premier expert on the property. You will seamlessly pivot between diagnosing ornamental tree issues, executing turf management applications, and deploying structural pest control solutions.

  • Integrated Pest & Plant Management: Execute comprehensive, high-level IPM strategies across all three service lines, ensuring the total health and safety of the client's outdoor environment.

  • Autonomous Route Ownership: Manage your complex daily route through the South Denver area with absolute efficiency, maintaining flawless product prep, meticulous compliance tracking, and top-tier client communication.

  • Field Sales & Upselling: You don't just spray and walk away; you hunt for opportunities. When you spot a secondary issue on a property (e.g., you are there for pest control but notice a turf disease), you have the consultative sales ability to educate the client and confidently upsell the solution on the spot.

What You'll Need to Succeed (The Non-Negotiables):

  • The Mandatory Credential: You do not have to actively hold a valid CO Commercial Applicator License / Technical License. We will help you work towards this certification, but it is a huge bonus for the role.

  • Cross-Discipline Expertise: You possess a deep, proven working knowledge across all three of our core divisions: Plant Health Care (PHC), Lawn Care, and Pest Control. You know the science, the products, and the application methods for each.

  • Operational Grit: You are relentlessly organized and self-motivated. You manage your vehicle, your equipment, and your route as if it were your own business.

  • The Sales Edge: You have a proven ability to sell. You are highly comfortable speaking with affluent homeowners, identifying problems, pitching the solution, and expanding the scope of their contracts directly from the field.

  • The Basics: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, the physical capability to handle the heavy demands of the field in the CO market, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Why Join us?

Joshua Tree Experts is in a period of rapid national expansion, and we are actively building the elite team required to drive that growth. We don't hire people looking for a comfortable place to hide; we bring on driven professionals who want to build something bigger than themselves and expect to be heavily rewarded for it. If you thrive in a high-velocity environment and are ready to be compensated for elite execution, step up and submit your resume today.
