Job Description

The Quality Project Coordinator, under the direction of the PMO Director, is a dedicated project management resource for the Quality Department responsible for providing project tracking and analytical support for all programs in the Quality Department including NCQA, HEDIS/CAHPS, Performance Improvement as well as Quality Programs and Projects. The Quality Project Coordinator creates, tracks and reports (timelines, milestones, variance) all Quality Management projects as well as coordinates with Compliance for submission of department regulatory reports while ensuring adherence to the PMO processes, documentation, and standards. The Quality Project Coordinator works closely with each member of the Quality Department in understanding the requirements and processes underlying each project, resolving implementation issues to ensure on-time project results. The Quality Project Coordinator has a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Director of Accreditation.
