About the Opportunity

Talent Connection is building a proactive pipeline of experienced IT Project Managers interested in supporting large-scale enterprise technology initiatives within a well-established Bay Area-based organization.

These upcoming opportunities will focus on driving complex, cross-functional IT programs across enterprise systems, infrastructure, security, and application platforms. This posting is intended to identify strong project leaders who are open to Bay Area-based work as initiatives formally launch.

Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget

  • Partner with technical and business stakeholders to drive execution across multiple workstreams

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting

  • Facilitate project meetings, executive updates, and cross-functional coordination

  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliverables as applicable

  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies

  • Ensure adherence to enterprise SDLC, governance, and compliance standards

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in enterprise environments

  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives

  • Strong stakeholder communication and executive presence

  • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

  • Exposure to enterprise platforms, infrastructure, security, or business systems
