At TSK, we are all in for all who serve our communities. With a dedicated focus on civic, we believe design excellence is the key to creating buildings, structures and communities that endure. We aim to find balance between form and function, to provide thoughtful and sustainable design solutions, and to remain responsive to the needs of all users.

  • Review and approve design work, drawings, and specifications to ensure quality control and code compliance.
  • Develop and maintain clear construction documentation and specifications.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, including architects, designers, and technical staff.

  • Stay current with building codes, industry trends, materials, and sustainability standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Professional degree from an accredited Architectural program is required.
    Architect license is preferred.
  • 10+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years of experience managing projects and teams including project budgets, staffing, and schedules.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated success in effectively managing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority.
  • Competency with digital tools including Bluebeam, REVIT, and MS Office Suite.

BENEFITS

This role offers competitive compensation and is eligible for participation in our comprehensive benefits programs including:
