Job description

Job Title : Product Owner (Retail domain must)

Location : Irving, TX (Onsite)

Duration : 12+ months

  • In the role of Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing business requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that meet customer and business objectives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, architects, QA teams, and program leadership to drive product strategy and execution.
  • You will serve as the voice of the customer, managing the product backlog, creating and refining user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical delivery. You will be instrumental in driving value realization while supporting digital transformation initiatives within the Retail domain.
  • You will be part of a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Must Have:

  • 10 15 years of overall experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership roles.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in Retail industry projects.
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes, merchandising, omnichannel commerce, inventory management, order management, customer experience, and store operations.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in Retail, CPG, or Logistics domains is highly preferred.
