We are seeking a Customer Data Solution Architect with strong experience in Customer 360, customer data platforms, and Identity Graph solutions.

Mandatory: Identity Graph

  • Hands-on experience with Identity Graph solutions and customer identity resolution.
  • Experience designing Customer 360 and unified customer profile solutions.
  • Data integration, APIs, ETL/ELT & real-time data.
  • Graph databases / graph data models.
  • Cloud data platforms: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform
  • Strong SQL and data architecture experience
  • Experience integrating CRM, marketing, sales & customer data sources
  • Strong solution architecture and stakeholder management skills.
