What is a Solution Developer?

A Solution Developer is a technology professional who designs, creates, and implements software solutions to address specific business needs or problems. They work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications or systems. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Working knowledge of enterprise systems, APIs, and data flows.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with non-technical business stakeholders-running discovery, presenting findings, and driving adoption.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting or deploying AI-enabled or advanced analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as prompt engineering, model evaluation, or agent-based workflows.
  • Experience working in an enterprise IT environment with complex, integrated systems.
