Solution Advisor Specialist - SAP Academy for Customer Success- Houston (Hybrid)

Who Youโ€™ll Become

A Solution Advisor works closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges and meet strategic objectives using SAP solutions. They act as an expert in functional and technical knowledge throughout the sales cycle, participating in discovery sessions, executive meetings, presentations, and delivering software demonstrations. They support marketing events, Design Thinking sessions, and collaborate across the sales team to identify new opportunities.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Successfully complete a 10โ€‘month program that builds foundational knowledge for a customerโ€‘facing career at SAP.
  • Engage in experiential learning with colleagues worldwide, developing business, industry, and SAP solution skills while working with emerging technologies.
  • Receive onโ€‘theโ€‘job training under a senior Solution Advisor mentor, working with customers to gain realโ€‘world experience and expertise in guiding customers through digital transformation.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions and survey activities after completing the program, uncovering business challenges and opportunities for innovation.
  • Create and deliver highโ€‘impact software demonstrations that position SAP against competitors.
  • Support demand generation through marketing events and respond to RFPs for deal execution.
What You Bring
  • 2โ€‘3 years of professional experience with strong technical and business process foundations.
  • Handsโ€‘on experience with relevant technologies and industryโ€‘standard tools, and proficiency in complex problemโ€‘solving.
  • Strong, cooperative working relationships, internally and externally.
  • Rapid learning, adaptability, and the ability to apply knowledge to deliver results.
  • Understanding of AI fundamentals, applications, and ethics for identifying AIโ€‘driven business solutions.
  • Resilient mindset that embraces challenges with optimism and strives for growth.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of business processes and/or industries.
  • Proficiency in English for global collaboration.
