Does an environment that allows for a complete focus on quality resident care sound good to you?
The Felician Sisters of North America is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN leader to oversee nursing services within our peaceful, person-directed Care Center serving elder Catholic Sisters in Enfield, Connecticut.
This role offers something increasingly rare in healthcare leadership: the opportunity to focus fully on quality resident care, meaningful relationships, and staff support - without the pressure of maintaining census targets, maximizing reimbursements, or navigating a high-volume corporate environment.

If you are looking for meaningful leadership work in a mission-driven environment where relationships matter, we would love to connect with you.
