• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that are contextually sensitive to their unique circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust therapeutic strategies as needed, maintaining open and honest communication throughout the therapeutic process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal regulations and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with best practices in mental health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic client care and participate in case discussions, ensuring the integration of various treatment perspectives.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain current with advancements in mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using EMR systems and telehealth technology to facilitate client sessions and record keeping.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team to coordinate care effectively.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to mental health practice.

• The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
