This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide high-quality therapy from any location. Utilizing our advanced telehealth platform (Simple Practice), you will conduct virtual sessions with clients via secure video conferencing and messaging. As a Mental Health Therapist, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Developing tailored treatment plans with specific therapeutic goals and interventions.
• Providing ongoing psychotherapy sessions to individuals, couples, and sometimes families, tracking their progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster positive outcomes.
• Documenting client interactions and treatment plans thoroughly in our secure electronic health record system.
• Participating in regular supervision and peer support meetings to enhance therapeutic strategies and share best practices.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mental health best practices and emerging trends.

Our clientele ranges from teenagers navigating the challenges of adolescence to adults and couples seeking support in their relationships. You will be expected to create supportive environments that encourage open dialogue and foster resilience, catering to a diverse population with varying mental health needs, from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral issues.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid license as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.
• Strong skills in treatment planning and a solid foundation in diverse therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a specific ability to engage clients effectively through virtual platforms.
• A familiarity with telehealth practices, including experience conducting remote therapy sessions.

While not mandatory, experience with specific populations such as adolescents and couples, and a previous history of remote or telehealth service provision is preferred. Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic areas will be considered advantageous.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will benefit from:
