Job description

Job Overview:
Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our legal team in Orange County, California. This role supports the full lifecycle of contracts across customers, vendors, suppliers, and partners-helping to drive strong financial and operational outcomes while minimizing risk. The Contracts Manager will play a key role in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of agreements in partnership with business units and legal counsel.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, review, execution, and analysis for customers, vendors, suppliers, and partners
• Draft contract language and amendments to support business and legal requirements
• Negotiate terms and conditions to protect company interests and ensure compliance with organizational policies
• Review and redline contracts across a broad range of agreements, including prime contracts, subcontracts, lease agreements, and purchase orders
• Support contracts related to engineering, design, procurement, construction, and real estate
• Coordinate and manage the contract review and submittal process with internal stakeholders and legal counsel
• Assist in determining the appropriate level of contract review based on business needs and risk exposure
• Document changes and amendments during final review and execution of contracts
• Maintain and organize contract records and databases to ensure accurate tracking, accessibility, and retrieval
• Partner with business units and attorneys to facilitate timely contract reviews and execution
Education & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification, with significant experience in legal contract review and redlining
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in contract administration or legal support
• Demonstrated experience drafting contract language and amendments
• Experience working with engineering, construction, or related industry contracts
• Strong understanding of contract terms, legal language, and risk mitigation strategies
• Proficiency in redlining and document management using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF tools
• Experience negotiating contract terms and conditions in both in-person and virtual settings
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with moderate guidance
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders

Salary: $80,000 - 120,000 depending on education, experience, and competencies.
