Help Homeowners Transition to Solar Energy

Pro West Solar Systems is a locally owned company backed by decades of electrical contracting experience and a strong reputation for quality workmanship and customer service.

We are currently seeking a Solar Sales Consultant / Solar Conversion Specialist to meet with homeowners, present solar energy solutions, and help qualified customers move forward with solar installations.

This is a customer-facing, field-based sales opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, guiding conversations, and helping customers make informed decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with homeowners through scheduled consultations
  • Present solar energy options and explain project benefits
  • Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally
  • Guide customers through the decision-making process
  • Secure signed agreements and completed project paperwork
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation
  • Represent Pro West Solar Systems with professionalism and integrity

Compensation

Target First-Year Earnings: $55,000 - $95,000+ depending on performance.

This is a contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation. Full compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
