ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints; develop and execute mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery
  • Provide clear, consistent project communications and updates with stakeholders and executive-level status reporting across the business and IT

Technical Onboarding & Key Account Enablement
  • Act as Lead Project Manager for technical onboarding of large, complex customers, ensuring a structured and predictable onboarding experience
  • Coordinate all technical onboarding activities across IT, business, and the customer
  • Manage customer-specific technical workstreams including integrations (EDI, API, data feeds), platform configuration, and process alignment
  • Ensure customer requirements are well-documented, prioritized, and translated into executable technical and operational plans
  • Serve as a trusted internal and external point of coordination to drive successful onboarding outcomes and long-term scalability
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and accountability

Program Development & Process Maturity
  • Help define, implement, and mature project and program management frameworks, tools, and delivery standards

  • 3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional, technology-driven projects, preferably in environments involving IT, systems integrations, or digital platforms
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects that involve multiple internal teams and external partners
  • Proven ability to lead projects from concept through delivery, including scope definition, timeline management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
  • Strong working knowledge of systems integrations (e.g., APIs, EDI, data feeds) and how technology supports business workflows
  • Experience translating business and customer requirements into clear, actionable technical and project plans
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving organization

Preferred Experience
  • Experience within foodservice distribution, equipment, manufacturing, logistics, design/build, or B2B environments
  • Hands-on experience serving as the lead PM for customer-facing or client onboarding initiatives, particularly with large or complex accounts
