Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator is a key role in all remediation and abatement projects and fosters a culture of safety,
professionalism, and service excellence.
This position supports both the operations and compliance functions of Compleat Environmental, and is
responsible for keeping projects scheduled, documented, and on budget while ensuring all compliance
requirements are met.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Operations Management - Schedule, coordinate, and direct daily crews and field personnel to keep projects moving.
  • Project Manager Liaison - Serve as the communication bridge between the Project Manager, field staff, management, and clients.
  • Quality & Compliance Oversight - Perform quality control checks and ensure jobs meet safety, regulatory, and project specifications.
  • Financial & Budget Monitoring - Track job profitability, budgets, resource allocation, contracts, and invoicing.
  • Documentation & Records Management - Maintain accurate job records, contracts, CRM entries, and ensure complete documentation for every job.
  • Process Improvement & SOPs - Help document standard operating procedures and support new software/process implementation.
  • Equipment & Resource Tracking - Monitor vehicle and equipment usage, maintenance, and condition.
  • Workforce Compliance & Development - Track employee training/certifications and confirm accurate time card entries.


Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
2+ years of experience in the environmental or restoration industry preferred
Asbestos and mold certifications preferred; training provided to the right candidate

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars accurately and efficiently

Strong customer service skills, including professionally managing customer feedback and online/Google
reviews

Ability to maintain consistent, timely follow-up with customers and team members

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments

Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Basic data entry and record-keeping skills
