Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager (Reconstruction) to oversee and manage all aspects of reconstruction projects, ensuring successful execution within budget and schedule. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing in-house trade staff, maintaining quality control, and fostering strong relationships with vendors, customers, and tenants. This role also involves operational sales, team development, and emergency response duties.
Essential Functions
  • Oversee project costs, ensuring adherence to predetermined budgets.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, negotiations, and service delivery.
  • Recruit and oversee subcontractors as needed for various projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate in-house trade staff to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain quality control standards and enforce work site safety protocols.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
  • Contribute to operational sales efforts and promote company branding.
  • Manage collection of project funds and ensure financial accountability.
  • Coordinate with material suppliers and resource vendors.

  • IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration.
  • Project Management-related certifications and/or training.
