Our Warehouse Operations team is the heartbeat of our fulfillment process, expertly managing everything from inbound shipments to outbound deliveries, including returns, picking, packing, and shipping. What You’ll Do

The Black Tux is seeking a Warehouse Ambassador to support Operations at our Pittston, PA warehouse. The Ambassador is responsible for monitoring the training of new hires, reviewing the quality of items or orders, and stepping in to support leadership when it is needed. This position is a great opportunity to step into a new role on a leadership track. 

The position will report to the Area Manager.  An ideal candidate will serve as a positive example of performance, safety, and reliability for the rest of the team.

Who You Are
  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment and/or 1+ year of experience in a training role 

  • Bilingual ( Spanish/ English) is required

  • Previous experience in a leadership position is a plus

  • Previous experience in a quality-based environment is a plus

  • Must be able to work assigned schedule, including overtime as needed and/or Saturdays

  • Must be flexible to learn other departments during the yearly rotations of departments

  • Fast and efficient while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and close attention to detail

  • Naturally curious to understand themself and their work better 

  • Understands general warehouse concepts such as 5S, Lean, PPE, MSDS, Root Cause Analysis - Korber knowledge is a plus

  • Collaborative nature, both when working with others and when taking on a project 

  • Takes pride in punctuality for themselves and their team

  • Working knowledge of Gmail, Google Sheets, and/or Excel, Google Docs

This is an onsite, Warehouse Ambassador role.
 
The base hourly range for this position is $18.49 - $20.94, but the actual compensation may vary based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and location. The Black Tux defines compensation plans using market data aligned with comparable companies at a similar stage and size as ours.
