Details:
Technical Project Manager
Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL or Mt. Laurel, NJ - Hybrid role
Duration: 6-12 months
What You Will Do:
  • Migration of various components associated with Office 365 across an enterprise.
  • The Project Manager will be able to adapt to client needs, and be able to build an Office 365 Roadmap, while staying abreast of the latest Office 365 services.
  • The Project Manager will collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment and be able to communicate effectively in obtaining and synthesizing requirements.
  • The Project Manager will manage resources, schedule, customer engagement, and ensure end-user satisfaction.
  • The candidate must possess strong creative, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Prepare and deliver executive dashboards, presentations, and facilitate decisions among senior stakeholders
  • Discover, assess, and document business requirements and keep them up to date
  • Negotiate downtime with business and end-users for migration and change windows
  • Create, submit, support, and run the change as required
  • Create change management documentation, and represent change in CAB meetings
  • Organize, attend, and participate in all assigned daily, weekly, and bi-weekly stakeholder meetings
  • Prepare daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly communications as assigned

Skills and Experience You Will Need:
  • 10 years in information technology with at least 7 years as a project manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study, Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of Migration-Project Management experience
  • Required PMI, ITIL certification
  • Experience with cloud migration projects
  • Excellent knowledge of O365, Azure and other cloud technologies
  • Experience Managing enterprise scale projects across the O365 and Microsoft Cloud platform, interacting with stakeholders and be accountable for the successful completion of the project
  • Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and issues as per PMI, Agile standards
  • Experience with large scale migrations, on-prem to on-prem, on-prem to cloud/O365
  • Familiarity with organizational change management including end user training
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with distributed teams in a highly matrixed organization
  • Accountable for the successful migration of users and data to Microsoft Cloud and Office365: Azure, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Yammer, Viva, and SharePoint
  • Proven ability to lead with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing large and complex IT projects
  • Familiarity with MS Intune, Azure, AAD, and the other management tools
  • Proficiency with Project Management Principles, Waterfall model, Agile/Scrum framework
  • Proficiency using MS Visio, MS Project, ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Confluence,
  • Proficiency using MS Office Products: Outlook; Excel; Word; PowerPoint
  • Proficiency using Web Browsers: Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge
  • Proficiency using Collaboration Tools: MS Teams and Cisco WebEx
  • Self-Starter that can manage their own activities with minimal supervision.
