Kept Companies is the leading provider of commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services.

Responsibilities
  • Perform pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties
  • Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment
  • Clean and prepare surfaces prior to pressure washing
  • Remove dirt, grime, mold, and other contaminants from various surfaces
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Experience with pressure washing equipment and techniques (preferred)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment
  • Physical ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work in various weather conditions
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Must pass a background check and DMV record check
