Solar Energy World-now a wholly owned Comcast company-is expanding rapidly and looking for hardworking, results-oriented Inside Sales Representatives to support our growing DMV market. This role is designed for individuals who want to prove themselves, master the fundamentals of sales, and earn a clear pathway into Outside Sales.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines of our sales organization, often serving as the first point of contact for potential customers. You will work warm inbound and outbound leads provided by management to qualify prospects, overcome objections, and set high-quality appointments for our Outside Sales team.

This is a performance-driven role with a base salary plus commission, monthly bonuses, and strong upward mobility for top performers.


Core Responsibilities

  • Presenting and setting up appointments for company products and services to be sold to new and existing customers
  • Engaging with potential leads to understand their solar energy needs and requirements
  • Reaching agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints
  • Setting follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Scheduling meetings for new leads and older leads in system for the outside sales team to go pitch/run
  • Covering incoming leads as well as assigned leads during other team members' absences as needed
  • Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the company's offerings
  • Responding to incoming leads that come in via email or by phone after hours and on weekends
  • Performing data entry and data maintenance of each new lead with accurate and appropriate information
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Primary Location Pay Range: $20.43 - $30.64Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
