Location: Edmonton, AB (field-based throughout Edmonton and the surrounding area)

Pro West Solar Systems is a locally owned Edmonton company backed by decades of electrical contracting experience and a strong reputation for customer service. As demand for solar continues to grow, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Appointment Setters.


This is a field-based opportunity focused on connecting with homeowners, generating interest in solar energy, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and working in a performance-driven environment, we'd like to hear from you.


What You'll Do

  • Speak with homeowners about solar energy solutions
  • Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Gather basic information to support proposal preparation
  • Follow up with prospective customers as needed
  • Track activity and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with the sales team to support the sales pipeline
  • Represent Pro West Solar Systems professionally in the community

Compensation


Target earnings: $55,000-$95,000+ annually, with additional earning potential for top performers.


This is a contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process.
