Our mission is to deliver cutting-edge technology, unmatched customer service, and innovative products that exceed expectations.

We prioritize doing right by both our clients and employees, no matter the circumstances. With a fully in-house team, including electricians, a general contractor, and a carpenter, we can handle virtually any residential or commercial project.

The Role

As our Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative, you're the backbone of our front office and the first voice many of our customers hear. • Schedule and coordinate appointments, keeping the consultants' and technicians' calendars full and accurate
  • Set qualified appointments from new leads and follow up with prospects to re-engage interest
  • Maintain clean, up-to-date records in our CRM
  • Handle general administrative tasks: filing, data entry, document prep, and basic office coordination
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to keep the pipeline and the schedule moving

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple tasks and a busy schedule
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive, take-ownership attitude
  • Comfortable with basic computer tools, email, and CRM software (training provided)
  • Prior office administration, scheduling, or customer-service experience preferred
  • Must be 18 or older

Compensation & Benefits

  • W-2, full-time position
  • Base pay: $20 to $25/hr
  • Medical coverage
  • 5% 401(k) matching
  • Paid vacation
  • Opportunities for advancement

Schedule: Monday to Friday, roughly 8 AM to 4 PM

Work Location: On-site in East Hartford, CT 06108
