High-End Residential Cleaning & Maintenance Technician
San Diego, CA (Oceanside, Vista, Clairemont, Central areas)
Full-Time | 40+ hours/week

$20-25/hour + tips 


About the Role
We are a growing, owner-operated high-end residential cleaning and home maintenance company serving luxury homes throughout San Diego. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable individual who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a small business.


What You’ll Do
• Perform deep cleaning of high-end homes (4,000–10,000+ sq ft)
• Service 2 homes per day depending on size and scope
• Complete full-service cleaning: Floors, carpets, windows, dusting, pet hair removal Kitchens, ovens, fridges, sinks, garbage disposals Bathrooms, grout, master showers, patios
• Use specialized equipment (steamers, vacuums, solar panel cleaners, etc.)
• Perform ladder and rooftop work when needed
• Assist with floor restoration and solar maintenance tasks
• Identify and report property issues (leaks, damage, etc.) via email
• Work directly with the owner initially, with opportunity for independent work over time


Requirements
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do physical labor daily
• High attention to detail
• Professional appearance (clean-cut, presentable)
• Comfortable using chemicals, tools, ladders, and rooftops
• Strong communication skills
• Must pass background check and drug screening (including marijuana)


Preferred:
• Cleaning, maintenance, or trade experience
• Experience working in high-end/luxury homes
