Location: York, PA & Pittsburgh, PA (Remote but must be able to travel to office)
Schedule: Full-time | Make your own schedule and hours
Compensation: Base + Commission (Top advisors earn $300k+)
What You'll Do
  • Generate solar energy leads and develop new accounts through outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Gather customer info and prepare polished proposals, quotes, contracts, and presentations tailored to each home.
  • Match customers with the right solar products, systems, or services based on energy needs, site conditions, budget, and preferences.
  • Conduct on-site assessments using tools like tape measures, compasses, and specialized software to determine solar feasibility.
  • Calculate potential solar production for each property - factoring in climate, shading, and roof orientation.
