Job description

Join Solar Energy Solutions (SES) as a Solar Installer and become part of a team dedicated to delivering sustainable energy solutions. As a vital member of our installation crew, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar panel systems for residential and commercial clients, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install solar panels, mounting systems, and electrical components according to project specifications
  • Perform site assessments to determine optimal solar system placement
  • Ensure all installations comply with electrical codes and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to complete projects efficiently
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company and industry safety standards
  • Assist in troubleshooting and repairing solar systems as required
  • Document installation activities and maintain accurate records

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in solar installation or related construction/electrical work preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
