Job description:

Upscale Soho Spa for women seeks part-time and full-time Guest Service Representatives. Must possess:

Strong communication skills, a positive, friendly attitude, and experience in a Spa or related business are required. The candidate must also be a quick learner and problem-solver with confidence and exceptional phone and in-person etiquette. The candidate must be well organized, experienced, energetic, and skilled at booking appointments (preferably with SpaBooker). The candidate must also have a proven track record in selling retail and upselling services, as well as knowledge of social media.

Three recent references required.
