Description

As a training specialist, you'll be responsible for providing Technical Training Leadership and improving staff productivity and organizational efficiency. Improving staff productivity entails assessing organizational-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives while supporting all departments in both project onboarding and participant development. This position also works with department leaders to refine and improve departmental processes, resulting in increased organizational efficiency

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct client training via several delivery methods including online video, webinar presentations, onsite and quick-tip videos
  • Develop high-quality materials (eLearning tools, facilitation materials, participant guides, job aids, video) in alignment with client brand and design standards.
  • Design, develop and maintain course content and training programs curriculum for the Builder platform and client processes for entry-level, expert, train-the-trainers, and role-specific audiences
  • Facilitate training and user learning using a variety of training methods, tools, and software programs
  • Recommend workflows to the client to ensure successful delivery and usage of the solution
  • Drive continuous improvement for yourself, our training approach, and client learning
  • Develop usage metrics for evaluating training effectiveness, and managing users through the entire training process
  • Collaborate with internal teams for the continuous improvement of client experience, and communication.
  • Gain an expert working understanding of eBuilder's technology platform and product development roadmap.

Education & Experience:

  • Some college is required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years related software training experience

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a technical trainer in designing complete course content for product, audience, and organizational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; has the ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management
  • Attention to detail, ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines, and reliability/dependability
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and service orientation skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to prioritize activities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with project management information systems and eBuilder, in particular, is a plus.
