Job Description Job Title: Safety Manager Location: Auburn, AL Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Job Summary: The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's safety programs and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. This role involves collaborating with various departments to promote a culture of safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.

- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. - Organize and conduct safety training for employees at all levels, including new hire orientations, refresher courses, and specialized training as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions, and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies. - Collaborate with management to develop and implement emergency response and preparedness plans. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to workplace safety.
