Job Description
Join a dynamic insurance organization headquartered in downtown Omaha, NE, as a Senior Software Developer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support software development initiatives, focusing on delivering scalable and secure solutions in a collaborative environment. Your expertise in Guidewire and software development will make a significant impact on the organization’s success.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, implement, and support software products with a focus on stability and scalability
  • Collaborate with software architects on designing new applications
  • Analyze and resolve inefficiencies or issues within existing software
  • Identify and mitigate security risks in software products
  • Lead and mentor programming staff on development standards and procedures
  • Research emerging technologies for potential implementation in current products
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer Ace Certification
  • 3+ years of experience with .NET, C#, Angular, SQL, Azure Cloud
  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices
  • Guidewire cloud implementation experience
  • Additional Guidewire certifications (InsuranceSuite, BillingCenter Developer Ace)
  • CMS experience with Umbraco
  • Relevant software, database, or project management certifications
